Hello, I'm Sarah.

BePlenish was created after years of cycling through burnout in a demanding design career. Over time, I learned that no job is worth one's health.

I wanted to create something that helps replenish what real life takes out of you, and felt functional hydration presented the best solution.

This is not a trend or quick fix, but a simple, ritual-like way to take care of yourself every day. I was anemic from not eating much meat, menstruation was difficult, and working out felt exhausting.

I craved a clean, natural way to support iron levels and feel better in my body.

BePlenish started as a single product built in close partnership with experts, a brand rooted in being good to yourself through functional hydration.

Working alongside experienced formulators and nutrition focused professionals, every ingredient has a clear purpose.

In addition, it's been an act of authenticity and boldness for me. It feels honest. It feels aligned, and I am really excited to share BePlenish with you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $50. Expedited shipping is an extra $10.

What's your return policy?

If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help resolve it.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for full refund. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
