When to Hydrate

Morning energy

You lose water overnight through breathing and sweat. A glass of electrolyte water first thing rehydrates you faster than coffee wakes you up.

Focus and work

Even mild dehydration (1–2%) measurably reduces concentration and mood. Sip steadily through the day instead of chugging when you feel thirsty — thirst means you're already behind.

Workouts and recovery

Drink 16 oz about 2 hours before exercise. For sessions over an hour, replace sodium and potassium — water alone can dilute what's left. After: rehydrate with electrolytes within 30–60 minutes.

How Much Do You Actually Need?

The old "8 glasses" rule is a rough start. A better baseline: about half your body weight in ounces daily, more if you sweat, fly, or drink caffeine. Electrolytes help your body actually hold onto that water instead of flushing it through.

Flavor Pairings & Recipes

  • Morning kickstart: one packet in cold water with a squeeze of fresh lemon
  • Post-workout: one packet in coconut water for a potassium boost
  • Afternoon mocktail: packet + sparkling water + mint over ice

Made with purpose. Clean ingredients, real electrolytes, no junk.
